Founded by three university students out of their frustration in the job-searching process, Tyba was born with the purpose of increasing junior talent’s potential and giving companies a platform to recruit junior talent exclusively.
So far, Tyba has launched its professional profiles for students and recent graduates, and is now launching its Recruitment tools for companies at TNW. Having signed up over 5’000 users from around the world, Tyba is now ready to make sides meet and give candidates a new experience in the job search.

Tyba’s profiles are much more than a traditional CV, which is simply outdated and does not allow recruiters to efficiently match candidates with positions. On average, a Tyba user has edited 16 modules that translate into 156 data points available to recruiters for a comprehensive evaluation.
Tyba is now launching its Recruiter tools, which give recruiters access to the candidates on its platform using smart filters and features that improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. Tyba’s tools have received praise from large companies such as Deutsche Telekom, as well as the admiration of small and medium-sized businesses. Tyba is set out to expand the junior talent pool available to companies of all sizes and making the recruitment process a more pleasant experience.
Tyba wants to be a global recruiting platform for junior talent worldwide, which is why it is available in 4 languages and plans on making it available in several more by years end. Tyba believes in a globalized youth that deserves the opportunity to experience the world through rewarding professional experiences.
